Return Policy:

Hello, valued shoppers! Currently, we do not accept returns. However, we kindly ask you to create an unboxing video, so as to ensure eligibility in case of return.

Only if you receive damaged or defective items, your order will be eligible for return.

- To initiate a return, please WhatsApp the unboxing video of your order along with the order number and any supporting images.

- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup within 2 days post approval. 

- Please ensure that the item is packed securely to avoid further damage and is in its original condition.

- To cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped as we cannot process cancellations after shipping.

Refund Process :

-After we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

- Upon inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days (in case of damaged/ defective items returned)

- In case of cancellation of order before shipping, the refund will be processed within 1 business day.

- Any kind of Refunds will be issued in the form of credit note, which can be used within 6 months from the date of issue.
